Job summary

Encore Global in Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service and staff development. You will supervise the technical team to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction, while participating in venue administration and career growth.

Reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager. The role requires AV experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and assists management with operational efficiencies.
• Maintain up-to-date flowsheets and coordinated communications for event management.
• Oversees training of technicians on floor activities and venue standards.
• Responsible for setup, operation and breakdown of AV equipment and safety compliance.
