Job summary

Encore Global in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will supervise the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction, and may assist with location administrative duties.

The role reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager and requires 3–5 years in customer service/hospitality and AV experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position, within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure the timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management and Workforce.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management and attends venue meetings as needed.
• Provides excellent service and upholds Encore’s Service Standards and Operational Excellence.
