Job summary

Toptal is seeking an experienced Project/Creative Operations Manager to own the operational side of creative initiatives from intake to delivery.

You will collaborate with Creative Leads and stakeholders to set priorities, align timelines, and run kickoff and status meetings. You will proactively identify risks and optimize workflows to keep projects on track across a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or creative operations experience in an agency, studio, or similar.
• Proficient with leading PM tools such as Asana, Jira or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational side of creative projects from intake through delivery.
• Partner with Creative Leads and stakeholders to prioritize and manage timelines.
• Facilitate project kickoffs and status meetings, documenting decisions and next steps clearly.
• Identify risks, capacity constraints, and workflow improvements proactively.
