Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to lead the operational side of the creative process, owning intake through delivery, and partnering with Creative Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on time per the brief.

In this fast-paced, fully remote role, you will bring structure to complexity, identify workflow improvements, and provide regular visibility into project health across the Creative Team while collaborating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or creative operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operations partner for complex creative projects across channels.
• Own project planning and execution from intake to final delivery with roadmaps and milestones.
• Coordinate and facilitate project kickoffs and weekly status meetings, documenting decisions clearly.
