Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience delivering results.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with mentoring and development.
• Proven track record of managing full project/product lifecycle from concept through delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Customer-centric mindset translating insights into requirements.
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 product managers with coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure delivery of strategic priorities with measurable impact and timely execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive customer-centric decision-making through user research and feedback.
• Establish standards, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
