TechnologyAdvice is seeking a detail-oriented Program Operations Coordinator to support client lead generation programs across channels. You will work with internal teams, partners, and the sales group to manage timelines, monitor performance, and ensure accurate quotes, reporting, billing, and delivery expectations.

The role emphasizes structured, repeatable processes, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first company with flexible hours and regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with 3+ years in program coordination or similar.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, lead generation programs, or sales support.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage client lead generation programs with accurate setup and timing.
• Monitor pacing, performance, and program execution against goals.
• Track costs and margins; provide leadership updates.
• Support quality control of lead delivery, assets, and targeting.
• Coordinate special campaign requirements and handoffs.
• Maintain program documentation, workflows, and recurring processes.
• Prepare quotes inputs for RFPs; collaborate with Sales and Finance.
• Report on key metrics; support invoicing with accurate data.
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders; manage risks.
