Job summary

ALO in Park City, UT is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will lead inventory, shipments, receiving, floor execution, and safety while coaching team members and partnering with the Operations & Visual Managers.

This role requires constant movement, strong communication, and the ability to move quickly to meet guest needs, protect standards, and develop talent for a busy, guest‑forward retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and provides feedback to others.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to move constantly around the store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate shelves and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to fix gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient operations through stockroom practices.
• Collaborate with store leaders on reporting, budgets, and vendor relations.
• Directly oversee Operations Associates and drive staff development.
• Provide ongoing feedback to drive individual and team growth.
