Asphalt Green in New York City seeks a highly organized Manager of Operations to support the Major R. Owens Health and Wellness Community Center in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

You will coordinate administrative processes for rentals, events, facility needs, and service requests while supervising the Rentals Coordinator and ensuring smooth operations. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, safety, and exceptional guest experiences, with evenings and weekend availability as required by center

Formación

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, events, rentals, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness and ability to work Tuesday–Saturday in person and flexible hours as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operational coordination with the Managing Director and center leadership.
• Oversee rentals and events operations from planning through execution.
• Maintain records, schedules, updates, and reports.
• Support cross-functional communication with internal teams, vendors, renters, and partners.
• Manage operational requests, repairs, service tickets, and facility updates.
• Lead coordination of maintenance, vendor, and security teams.
• Assist in budget development and tracking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Ensure a safe, clean, welcoming center for visitors and partners.
