Qualifications

• Two or more years of program administration or coordination experience.

• Proficiency with CRM or registration systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of Community Aquatics Programs.
• Maintain program schedules and enrollment data in Salesforce.
• Coordinate school onboarding and partner communications.
• Track calendars, documentation, and program requirements.
• Assist with program launches, recruitment, and outreach.
• Provide responsive support to schools, participants, and families.
