Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive operational excellence by launching new accounts and leading corrective action plans across the region. You will operate as our Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include developing customized procedures, staffing optimization, onboarding frontline teams, training, and tracking key metrics.

Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, project management, HR, or training.
Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and HCM software platforms.
Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally, including overnight stays.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by managing end-to-end startup of new accounts.
Lead corrective action plans across the region.
Develop site procedures, analyze floor plans, and build staffing schedules.
Coordinate onboarding, deliver field training, and track metrics.
Conduct 90-day post-implementation audits to evaluate efficiency and technology adoption.
