The Budd Group is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive operational excellence by launching new accounts and leading corrective action plans across the region. You will operate as our Operations Implementation Manager and Onboarding & Operations Project Manager to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include developing customized procedures, staffing optimization, onboarding frontline teams, training, and tracking key metrics.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, project management, HR, or training.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and HCM software platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally, including overnight stays.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.

Implementation Manager

• Pay: $90,000 - $95,000 + 5% bonus opportunity and $600/month car allowance.

What You'll Do

• Partner with local teams to recruit, screen, and onboard frontline associates and field leadership.

• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, deliver comprehensive field training, and track operational metrics.

• Conduct 90-day post-implementation audits on new accounts to evaluate operational efficiency and technology adoption.

What You Bring To The Team

• 4-year Bachelor's degree required.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, project management, HR, or training.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency across ATS, CRM, and HCM software platforms.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 75% regionally, including frequent overnight stays.

• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.
