B2E-Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager - Implementation to lead the Implementation team, ensuring client onboarding is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

You will oversee resource planning, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration, reporting to the VP of Operations and driving continuous improvement across projects and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years HRIS experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• CPP or PHR certifications preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Implementation team.
• Hire, onboard, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Identify growth and training opportunities across departments.
• Assign implementations and projects based on workload and capacity.
• Monitor progress and address risks to meet timelines and scope.
• Serve as escalation point for implementation issues and provide resolutions.
• Provide project management leadership for complex implementations.
• Develop and improve implementation methodologies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve onboarding and handoff.
