• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable process and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor lease, contract maintenance, and billing; support profitability.
• Complete Fleet Service activities: licensing, permitting, in/out service vehicles.
• Coordinate asset outside services and vendor support not tied to maintenance.
• Perform process analyses using Qlikview/AS400 to improve operations.
• Maintain district personnel files, JJ Keller reports, weekly payroll, and new hire paperwork.
• Support Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
