Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience requirement
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts for centralized support.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; resolve issues timely to support customer service and profitability.
• Complete Fleet Service activities such as licensing, permitting, vehicle in/out service, and processing citations.
• Track asset outside services and coordinate with vendors not related to maintenance.
• Perform process analyses using reports like Qlikview or AS400 to improve billing, AR, and licensing processes.
