Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Willingness to travel and pass background/drug screening
• Regular, predictable, full attendance

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease billing and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate fleet service activities including licensing and permitting.
• Analyze billing, reports, and credits; use Qlikview/AS400 for problem solving.
• Maintain personnel files, payroll tasks, and new-hire paperwork.
