Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in El Paso is seeking an Operations Coordinator to handle branch administrative processes that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The role provides superior customer service to internal and external customers and supports the branch financial manager with guidance and information contributing to branch performance. Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm; Pay: $19.50/hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, location, and pass background checks.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Mansioni

• Oversee accounts receivable and maintain local collection contacts to support centralized function.
• Monitor lease, contract maintenance, and billing; resolve issues to support customer service and branch profitability.
• Complete Fleet Service activities such as licensing, permitting, and vehicle service.
• Track asset outside services and coordinate with Fleet Services.
• Analyze billing, 1211 reports, credits, and licensing; propose improvements.
• Use Qlikview or AS400 to understand operational dynamics for problem solving.
• Maintain District Personnel Files, JJ Keller reports, weekly payroll, and hiring paperwork.
• Complete tasks assigned by Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
