Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Coordinator to handle administrative processes that boost branch efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will support the Branch Financial Manager with guidance and information for branch performance.

The role requires strong customer service, accurate financial administration, and collaboration across Fleet and Financial teams. Standard hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members
• Competent written and verbal communication skills
• 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel, meet schedule requirements, and pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease billing and contract maintenance, and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate fleet licensing, permitting, and vehicle service activities
• Perform process analyses using Qlikview or AS400 to drive improvements
• Maintain district personnel files, payroll and hiring paperwork
• Support Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager as needed
