Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking an Operations Coordinator at the Phoenix branch to manage administrative processes, support financial operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist the Branch Financial Manager and help improve profitability with accurate data and reliable communication.

The role requires strong computer skills, time management, and the ability to collaborate across Fleet and Financial teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills
• 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience requirement
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; resolve issues promptly.
• Support branch profitability through process control.
• Coordinate licensing, permitting, and service vehicle in/out tasks.
• Track external vendor support like jacket files, wash sheets, fueling.
• Collaborate with Fleet Services to support licensing and citations.
• Perform process analyses on billing, reports, credits, and AR.
• Use Qlikview or AS400 to analyze operations and drive improvements.
• Maintain District Personnel Files and payroll processing.
• Assist Branch and District Financial Managers with projects.
