Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service with financial/administrative tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Willingness to travel as required and pass background checks.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and local collection contacts.
• Monitor lease billing and service revenue to support profitability.
• Process fleet licensing, permits and vehicle logistics.
• Perform process analyses using reports for improvement.
• Maintain personnel files, payroll and new-hire paperwork.
