Job summary

Ampro ADLINK Technology in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Facilities and Operations Assistant to manage inventory accuracy and material receipts, while supporting facility upkeep and safe operations. The role blends 70% operations and 30% facilities, with ERP SAP involvement and daily logistics tasks in a dynamic tech environment.

You will work with Facilities to keep spaces safe, maintain equipment, and coordinate with vendors and production teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a shipping/receiving environment.
• Familiar with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Retrieving the correct products from the warehouse for work orders and shipping orders.
• Experience with international and domestic shipments.
• Facilities maintenance (Preferred)
• Experience with working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy of the inventory control database.
• Document receipt of materials from vendors.
• Document transfer of material from the warehouse to Production and Distribution.
• Building maintenance, assessing needs, completing repairs as needed.
• Basic hands-on maintenance tasks; building upkeep, organization, safety & hazard control and weekly material handling equipment before use.
• Receive all incoming packages and forward as needed.
• Impute receipts into SAP daily and ensure same-day distribution of incoming materials.
• Work closely with Facilities manager to ensure a safe, clean, operational workspace.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment and related repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protective equipment.
