Job summary

AmproADLINK Technology designs and manufactures embedded computing hardware for critical industries, with a global footprint and US operations including San Jose. The Orders Management Specialist will be the operational backbone for assigned accounts, handling orders, quotations, and customer setup while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy, proactive communication, and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent training/experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of customer support experience in hardware or related field.
• Direct, OEM or channel sales experience with CPU components or systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage end-to-end customer backlog with accuracy.
• Provide quotations and maintain customer account setups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Sales Management, Finance, Logistics, and Taiwan Factory to relay statuses, pricing and availability.
• Maintain customer master accounts and generate formal quotations.
• Proactively manage backlogs and ensure open orders are accurate.
• Support sales organization and communicate across internal teams.
