Job summary

Procore Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Facility Operations Specialist to support daily building maintenance, shipping logistics, and workplace infrastructure, ensuring a world-class office environment for employees and guests.

You will collaborate with IT, event teams, building management, and vendors to troubleshoot requests, perform safety checks, support office moves, and coordinate events, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities, construction, maintenance, or commercial office operations.
• Experience with shipping/logistics and office infrastructure.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent facilities tickets and perform daily maintenance and basic repairs.
• Manage domestic and international shipping, receiving, and distribution using carriers.
• Conduct safety inspections and coordinate with IT for furniture and workstation setup.
• Coordinate internal moves and office reconfigurations.
• Support events with setup and logistical coordination.
