Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team in Murfreesboro, TN. This role leads the Order Fulfillment team, ensures service standards, and drives operational excellence by enforcing SOPs and safety practices across inbound freight, receiving, and inventory processes.

Key duties include coaching associates, recruiting input, and aligning with store leadership on talent planning.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Must be 18+ and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and service leadership on the floor, coaching the team in real time.
• Direct D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs.
• Audit delivery orders for accuracy and quality to prevent issues.
• Coach and train associates on safety, policies, and customer service.
• Perform opening/closing operations following SOPs and balance registers.
