Job summary

The Home Depot in Layton, UT is seeking an Operations Experience Manager to join the store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment group, champion customer service, ensure department readiness, and drive operational standards across receiving, picking, staging, and loading to meet SLAs.

As MOD and a supervisor, you will coach associates, support safety training, and help with recruiting and development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and experience initiatives on the sales floor.
• Direct Receiving and Order Fulfillment workflows to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Audit delivery orders for accuracy and quality; resolve customer concerns or escalate as needed.
• Coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service; uphold all safety standards.
