Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service excellence and coaching on the sales floor to meet SLA expectations.
• Direct receiving and order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Enforce safety standards, hazmat procedures, and PPE usage across the department.
• Open/close duties, daily checklists, and coordination with store leadership.
