Job summary

Responsibilities

• Customer Service / Experience: model proper techniques, real-time coaching, and ensure service levels.
• People: recruit input, monitor staffing, drive training, and provide performance coaching.
• Safety: enforce hazmat procedures, SOPs, PPE use, and keep work areas safe.
• Shared Manager on Duty: perform opening/closing duties, lead team meetings, ensure safety and operational readiness.
