Job summary

Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the Austin, TX store leadership team. You will drive customer service excellence, oversee order fulfillment, inbound freight, and receiving SOPs while coaching associates to meet safety and operational standards.

You will lead Manager on Duty duties, support talent planning, participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews, and ensure store readiness through daily walkthroughs and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience including management and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 (Receiving) and D94 (Order Fulfillment) workflows to meet SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on safety, policies, and customer service.
• Assist with recruitment, staffing, and performance documentation.
• Open/Close operations, team alignment, and daily safety/quality checks.
