Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team on the sales floor, ensuring service excellence and SLA-driven receiving and fulfillment. You will coach associates, drive safety, and align with store leadership to maintain in-stock readiness and process compliance.

This role requires 1+ year of leadership in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed; you will balance opening/closing duties

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop associates on safety, policy, and customer service.
• Assist with recruitment, staffing, and performance management; conduct daily walkthroughs and safety checks.
