Qualifications
- Engineering degree +5 years of experience in manufacturing/remanufacturing.
- Working knowledge of CAD systems, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, MS Dynamics.
- SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP knowledge preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing/remanufacturing and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize process improvement projects to boost productivity.
- Build a pipeline of improvement projects.
- Document and present projects to Management.
- Pilot and report on performance indicators.
- Defend CAPEX budgets for future improvements.
- Provide technical support to operations, including analysis and training.
- Apply 5S and other CI methods.
