Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives advancing patient care, pharmacy operations, and growth. You will own the roadmap and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Pharmacy Operations to solve real problems for patients and partners.

You will drive discovery, prioritization, and execution end-to-end, while aligning with senior leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes for FuzeRx's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in Product Management or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for specs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined strategy.
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Drive feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support product discovery via customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, and usability; report on OKRs or QBRs as needed.
• Triaging features, bugs, and requests to align engineering with user value.
• Understand technologies in the product area and articulate technical requirements.
• Flag regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy early.
