Amwins Connect is seeking an Operations Enablement Specialist to collaborate across departments, drive continuous improvement, and manage cross-functional projects that enhance customer experiences and sales growth.

You will lead initiatives from initiation to completion, define KPIs, ensure readiness for high-volume scenarios, and document progress while aligning with Amwins Connect’s strategic goals. Hybrid role; 2 days in-office in California.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a general agency or carrier.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Availability and willingness to travel for project activities.
• University degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion within schedule.
• Conduct research to understand regional requirements for business needs.
• Evaluate current technology and workflows to identify improvements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and ensure clear communication.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics.
• Facilitate smooth transition of completed projects back into operations.
• Assess readiness for high-volume scenarios and adjust for scalability.
• Create and maintain documentation including plans, reports, and status updates.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance.
