Amwins Connect is seeking an Operations Enablement Specialist to drive cross-functional projects that enhance customer experience, boost sales, and strengthen broker relationships. You will own gap identification, manage implementations, and guide teams through transitions into Amwins Connect operations.

The role is hybrid with 2 days in-office in a California city; a university degree is preferred, and travel may be required to support project activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leading continuous improvement initiatives in business operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
