Flagger Force is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to help meet client demand through precise dispatch and robust field support. You will work within our SOPs, nurture positive client relationships, and ensure accurate incident reporting and escalation as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field leadership, using GPS routing tools for efficient dispatch, and maintaining safety-focused decisions while collaborating across teams to deliver timely service.

• Meet client demand through effective dispatch and job support.
• Follow SOPs and maintain client relationships for optimal experience.
• Record incidents accurately and escalate as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with escalation/de-escalation as required.
• Monitor dispatch metrics and use GPS tools for routing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs safely and timely.
• Relay essential information to field leadership, clients and safety staff.
• Maintain knowledge of work zones, staffing needs, and pre-construction processes.
• Adhere to safety practices in all decision making.
