Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to fulfill client demand through effective dispatch and field support, aligned with our values and mission.

You will apply SOPs, monitor incidents, and coordinate with field leadership to ensure safe, timely service. This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and rapid problem solving during storm responses, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proven problem solving and dispatching skills.
• Strong critical thinking and decision making.
• Active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Steel-toed boots or ability to obtain before employment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply SOPs to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with Field Leadership for best client experience.
• Capture and record incidents and identify escalation paths.
• Exhibit excellent customer service including escalation/de-escalation.
• Work quickly and accurately during Storm Response.
• Monitor internal software and GPS tracking for dispatch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs in a timely, safe manner.
• Understand workzones and Pre Construction processes, relay information to field leadership and clients.
• Prioritize safety in all decisions about client orders.
