Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking an Operation Support Specialist in the United States to manage dispatch and field coordination, ensuring client demands are met safely and efficiently.

You will follow SOPs, build strong relationships with Field Leadership, document incidents, and use GPS/tracking tools to optimize routes and response times. This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem solving, and teamwork across departments with a focus on safety and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply all SOPs to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Field Leadership for the best client experience.
• Capture and record incidents reported by field personnel and identify escalation paths.
• Provide excellent customer service with appropriate escalation and de-escalation.
• Work quickly and accurately during Storm Response times.
• Maintain knowledge of office and field policies to assist staff.
• Monitor and share information using internal software and systems.
• Use GPS tracking to optimize field dispatch routes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs safely and promptly.
• Understand workzones, equipment, and staffing basics.
• Relay critical information between field and clients.
• Prioritize safety in all decisions.
• Understand order dispatch metrics and statuses.
• Demonstrate problem-solving with multiple viable solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team; maintain professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as required; may book hotels or reset passwords in non-traditional shifts.
