Job summary

Flagger Force seeks an Operation Support Specialist to meet client demand through effective dispatch and field support. You will adhere to SOPs, maintain relationships with Field Leadership, and manage incidents with precise escalation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Experience in dispatching or operations a plus.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply all SOPs to daily tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with Field Leadership for client experience.
• Record incidents reported by field personnel and escalate as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and appropriate escalation strategies.
• Work efficiently during Storm Response periods.
• Know office and field policies to assist staff.
• Monitor and share information using internal software and systems.
• Use GPS tracking to monitor field employees and equipment for optimal dispatch routes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs in a timely and safe manner.
• Understand workzones, equipment, and staffing requirements.
• Relay essential information during Pre Construction and to field leadership and clients.
• Prioritize safety in all decisions related to client orders.
• Explain dispatch details including times, totals, and status.
• Propose multiple viable solutions to issues and challenges.
• Communicate client impacts, notifications, and documentation clearly.
• Know company footprint and mobilization areas.
• Maintain professional appearance, integrity, and respectful conduct.
