Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking an Operation Support Specialist to help meet client demand through efficient dispatch and proactive job support. You will apply SOPs daily and collaborate with Field Leadership to ensure a positive client experience.

You will monitor incidents, use GPS dispatch routing, and relay critical information across field teams, management, and safety personnel while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prioritization, problem solving, dispatching, critical thinking, decision making, active listening.
• Ability to work safely and maintain professional appearance.
• Steel toe boots or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Apply SOPs to daily tasks and maintain compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Field Leadership for client experience.
• Capture and record incidents and escalate as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with effective escalation/de-escalation.
• Support dispatch operations during Storm Response events.
• Monitor information using internal software and GPS routing to optimize dispatches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs in a timely, safe manner.
• Relay imperative information clearly to field employees and clients.
