Job summary

UPS is seeking a Center Operations role to manage daily operational requirements, safety processes, KPIs, and HR updates. You will oversee on-road and dispatch activities, train staff, and coordinate cross-team workflows.

This permanent position emphasizes leadership and process optimization in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have On Road experience, proficiency with UPS systems and MS Office, and a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Familiar with UPS software and standard office tools.
• Experience with On Road operations and dispatch processes.
• DOT Medical Card required or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of HR/Labor processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs and provide daily performance recaps to management.
• Supervise part-time center staff and ensure training completion.
• Maintain customer experience dashboard and onboard new customers.
• Plan dispatch changes and review RTWs daily.
• Coordinate vehicle lineup with dispatch and wash groups.
• Prepare and address disciplinary matters and provider concerns.
