Qualifications

Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
Develop planning, scheduling and resource optimization processes.
Maintain ISO compliance and support audits.
Drive safety improvements and risk reduction across plants.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all manufacturing and operational activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Lead all aspects of production operations, including workforce planning, procurement, inventory management, capacity planning, manufacturing processes, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
Establish, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, and performance standards to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
Develop and implement structured planning and scheduling processes that optimize resources and ensure customer commitments are met.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
