Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, high-volume experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in people management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and quality compliance; drive safety culture through training, observations and audits.
• Lead and manage production employees on the assigned lines and shifts.
• Coordinate with Production Planner; inform stakeholders of status and delays.
• Oversee KPIs (Safety, Quality, OTD, WO accuracy, cost) and timely documentation.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations; manage performance gaps.
