Job summary

IDEX Corporation is seeking a Site Leader for its IH&S and MPT teams at the Middleboro, MA site to drive operational excellence across manufacturing, safety, quality, and cost. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop annual operating plans, manage budgets, and partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to deliver on strategic initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements, productivity gains, quality enhancements, and cost reductions.
• Experience leading teams through organizational change and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of manufacturing and operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Lead production operations, including workforce planning, procurement, inventory management, capacity planning, manufacturing processes, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, and performance standards to drive efficiency.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles and change management efforts.
• Partner with Quality and lead Manufacturing Engineering teams to drive process capability, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
