Job summary

IDEX Health & Science, a global leader in life science fluidics, seeks a Site Leader for its Middleboro, MA site. You will drive manufacturing operations, lean initiatives, and strategic growth across a multi-function team in a regulated environment.

You will oversee safety, quality, and productivity, mentor staff, and execute the IDEX Operating Model while partnering with cross-functional teams on capital projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all manufacturing and operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Lead all aspects of production operations including workforce planning, procurement, inventory management, capacity planning, manufacturing processes, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and implement structured planning and scheduling processes that optimize resources and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Ensure manufacturing operations consistently achieve production, quality, and delivery targets while operating within cost parameters and support ISO compliance.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and drive corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead continuous improvement and change management to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
