Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in process engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor, high-purity, aerospace/defense, or regulated production environments.
• Strong background in process development, scale-up, and industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-aligned process development for Semiconductor, A&D, and Industrial sectors.
• Own process optimization and manufacturing support to improve yield, FPY, throughput, and scrap reduction.
• Drive NPI and scale-up activities with R&D, including DFM reviews and production readiness.
• Develop and advance core manufacturing technologies and equipment—powder metallurgy, sintering, and automated assembly.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and establish KPI dashboards.
