Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Director of High Purity (Semiconductor) Operations to lead end-to-end performance for our high-purity manufacturing, serving the semiconductor industry. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, and scalability while partnering with Engineering to industrialize new products and solutions.

You will drive lean operations, continuous improvement, and capacity planning to meet customer demand, ensuring audit readiness and customer confidence across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Strong experience in semiconductor components or gas delivery systems.
• Proven ability to scale operations while maintaining quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead all semiconductor high-purity manufacturing operations including production, planning, maintenance, and operational support functions.
• Translate business growth objectives into scalable operational strategies.
• Drive best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Establish short- and long-term capacity planning to support customer demand.
• Partner with Engineering to industrialize new products and custom solutions.
• Own compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
