This role supports the Stop Loss business. Experience with Major Medical Group Health, Stop Loss, Self Funded, or Fully Insured is preferred.
Compensation Grade: H2
This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the STEM OPT Extension program.

As a Director, you will oversee daily operations and administration, ensuring excellent service to our sales partners, firms, third-party administrators, producers, and customers. You will also ensure compliance with all financial controls, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Associate Vice President or Vice President. Manages a team of 3-10 direct reports, with potential for indirect reports.
Qualifications:
Other criteria, including leadership competencies, may take precedence. Staffing exceptions require approval.
