This role will support the Stop Loss business. Major Medical Group Health experience is preferred (Stop Loss, Self-Funded, or Fully Insured).
Compensation Grade: H2

As a Director, you’ll oversee daily operations and administration, ensuring an outstanding service experience for internal and external sales partners, firms, third-party administrators, producers, and customers. You’ll also ensure compliance with all financial controls, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President or Vice President, typically managing 3-10 staff members. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in relevant fields, FINRA Series 6 and 26 licenses (may be required), and approximately 10 years of experience in financial services, including supervisory roles.
Core skills include extensive insurance industry knowledge, leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

This position can be filled in any of the lower 48 states. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas per Iowa Smokefree Air Act. Additional legal notices apply for NY residents. Salary range: $98,000 - $187,000, with a typical starting range of $106,000 - $158,000.
