Timken is seeking a Director of Operations in the United States to lead daily manufacturing activities across multiple departments. You will drive production scheduling, capacity planning, and cost optimization while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, and experience with ERP/MES systems to optimize end-to-end operations and deliver results in a safety-conscious environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field required; 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, TQM, 5S, and Kaizen are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure seamless execution of all production activities from raw materials to finished goods, maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
• Create and implement strategic plans aligning manufacturing capabilities with business goals, including capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Coordinate across engineering, production control, accounting, purchasing, and quality control to align priorities and resources.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage operations staff, promoting accountability and professional development.
