The Timken Company is seeking a dedicated Group Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will drive lean improvements, manage resources, and coach teams to meet ambitious production goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or Engineering.
• 5–7 years equivalent work experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet plant KPI’s in safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Communicate production requirements and quality issues to teams and stakeholders.
• Lead regular team huddles, 1:1 meetings and walk-throughs in work areas.
• Drive safety improvements and a safe work environment.
• Lead lean culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop leadership pipeline and training to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and core values demonstrated.
