Timken is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations and ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives. You will supervise teams in Ag, Large Pitch, and the Finishing Room while coaching employees, building capabilities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with maintenance, quality, planning, and HR to resolve issues and optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience supervising production employees including performance management, coaching, attendance and development.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, production, delivery and productivity expectations in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilités

• Lead daily assembly operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives.
• Provide hands-on supervision for Ag, Large Pitch and Finishing Room operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS policies.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, throughput, and waste reduction.
• Monitor schedules and performance to support on-time delivery and customer commitments.
