Chick-fil-A Ontario-Mansfield in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and develop a high-performing team across Front of House, Back of House, or Catering. You will establish systems, coach leaders, and ensure operational excellence while delivering care, encouragement, and inspiration in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of business or leadership experience.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or food-service leadership experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to take ownership and follow through.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Director of Operations, you will play a key role in leading our team and driving the success of Chick-fil-A Ontario-Mansfield. This dynamic position gives you the opportunity to oversee a significant area of our business, such as Front of House, Back of House, or Catering.
